The hotel is ideally situated, very close to the city center with plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms, although spacious, appear a bit worn out, especially since mine was facing towards a lift well. On the plus side, the service was exceptional with knowledgeable and friendly staff. The location is superb, offering easy access to key Copenhagen attractions and trendy areas like Vesterbro. The dining experience was delightful, with a variety of options including gluten and lactose-free choices. Facilities were satisfactory, and the ambient setting with scented candles added a nice touch.
